Terms of Service
Effective 15 August 2026
1. General
These terms constitute a public offer by ИП «НУРАТОВА Г.К.» (business ID 911013450274, the “Provider”) to any legally capable person (the “Client”) to enter into a services agreement on the terms below.
Paying an invoice issued by the Provider constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Services
The Provider offers consulting and well-being services in self-inquiry and inner-balance practices: individual SIYACH sessions, group programs, and online sound healing practices.
The services are not medical care and do not replace seeing a doctor, diagnosis or treatment. Clients with medical conditions should consult qualified specialists.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are published in Kazakhstani tenge on the corresponding pages of this site. For services delivered as an individual programme the price is shown as a range: the exact amount depends on the scope and duration of the work and is agreed with the Client before an invoice is issued.
Payment is made in Kazakhstani tenge through the Robokassa payment service via a personal link issued by the Provider. The invoice amount is fixed at the moment the invoice is issued and cannot be changed afterwards.
A service is considered paid once the payment service confirms the payment.
4. Rescheduling and refunds
A paid session may be rescheduled if the Provider is notified at least 24 hours before the appointed time.
If the Client cancels before the service is rendered, the amount paid is refunded less expenses actually incurred by the Provider, by the same payment method, within 10 banking days.
No refund is made after the service has been rendered.
5. Liability
The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome: results depend, among other things, on the Client’s own condition and actions.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure.
