1. General

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By using the forms on this site you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.

2. What data is collected

Through the booking form: your name, phone number, email address and the service you selected. When an invoice is issued: additionally the name and contact agreed with you.

Payment details (card number, expiry date, security code) are never received, processed or stored by the operator. Payment takes place on the secured page of the Robokassa payment service, to which those details are submitted directly.

Technical data required for the site to function is collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type.

3. Purposes of processing

To respond to your request, arrange a session time, issue an invoice and confirm payment, to perform the services agreement, and to meet the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Your data is not used for mailings without your separate consent.

4. Consent and its withdrawal

Consent to the collection and processing of personal data is given voluntarily when you submit a form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the email address given below.

Withdrawal of consent ends the processing and leads to deletion of the data, except for records the operator is required to retain by law.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is not sold and is not passed to third parties, except where required to perform the agreement: to the Robokassa payment service to the extent needed to process a payment, and to the technical providers that keep the site running.

Data is disclosed to state authorities solely in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Cross-border transfer

The technical services the site runs on (hosting and the database) may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Such transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 16 of the Law “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, provided the receiving party ensures protection of the transferred data.

7. Retention period

Personal data is retained for as long as needed to achieve the purposes of processing; payment-related records are retained for the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for accounting documents.

8. Data protection

The operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. Access is limited to a defined group of people.

9. Your rights

You are entitled to learn which of your data is being processed, to require its correction, blocking or destruction where it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully, and to withdraw your consent to processing.

10. Changes to this Policy

The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is published on this page together with the date of its revision.
